REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (Music) ​

NO REFUNDS:  due to the nature of the digital content, all sales of music downloads are final.  once a download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS FOR FAULTY FILES:  if you receive a corrupt file or enccounter a technical error that prevents you from accessing the music, please contact us at  thelonesomegodsuk@gmail.com  within 14 days.  We will provide a replacement link or a working version of the file.

DOWNLOAD LIMITS:  Please note that download links are active for a limited amount of time from the date of purchase.

PHYSICAL MERCHADISE​

SHOPIFY FULFILMENT:  All physical merchandise (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Caps, Drinkware etc) is produced print on demand by our official merchandise partner SJM Print Store  (sjmprintstore.com).  T-shirts and Hoodies are normally delivered within 10-14 days from order, caps approximately 14 days and Drinkware approximately 14-21 days from order.

RETURNS POLICY:  For physical goods , allow returns only for faulty or damaged items withing 30 days as long as the items, are unworn, unused and returned in the original packaging.  We would need immediate email notification of damaged or faulty items with images of the damage clearly visibly ahead of sorting out returns details.  ​ Returns Shipping:  Shipping costs for returns of faulty physical items are the responsibility of the customer.
