I Could Have Been King

The Lonesome Gods’ latest album, ‘I Could Have Been King,’ is a masterful mix of country soul and Americana grit.

The Album songs are a haunting mosaic—sun-warmed memories, echoes of good times, and compelling dark tales, all woven together under a wide, lonesome sky.

Audience Participation
Not Required

On 'Audience Participation Not Required', The Lonesome Gods plug in and lean into a grittier fusion of country-rock and Americana.

This is raw, self-contained storytelling - no chorus sing-alongs or introductions required, just sharp tales of nostalgia, reckoning, and the ghosts of good times.

Originally recorded in 2021 but not released till 2025 due to the sad passing of our backing singer Emma Lou and other commitments the album reignited the bands career and passion.

The Lonesome Gods

Originally recorded and released in 2019 on the Animal Farm label, this was the first album officially released by The Lonesome Gods, it sees the partnering of singer Song writer Paul Minihane and Mike Seal as they collaborate on the first of two albums in The Lonesome Gods catalog. It Mixes Americana, country with a hint of southern rock on some of the tracks, now re released on Holeshot Records
